As our name implies, we want to combine environmental friendly home features with sound engineered designs; so the homes we build will not only be structurally sound, disaster-resistant, stronger, safer ; and is also energy-efficient, more comfortable and provides a healthier environment for your family.

The owners and founders of the company are Raymond and Sylvia Leung, husband and wife team.

Raymond is a licensed General Contractor, a Professional Engineer, and has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry.

He was a research scientist in the Aerospace industry prior to founding Green Earth, thus, safety was a key factor in all engineered designs.

He receives a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.


Sylvia Leung

CEO, Real Estate Broker

Sylvia is a certified management accountant, has taught a variety of business and project management classes a California State University at Northridge.

She has over 20 years of financial and project management experience in both the high tech and construction industry. Sylvia worked as a project manager for Bay Networks, and Investment manager for Fujitsu and is a consultant in obtaining financing for various companies.

She is a licensed real estate broker. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for her, so is the bottom line. You will save the listing commission usually 3% of selling price, and learned various mortgage alternatives that will fit your budget when you deal with her. Sylvia received an MBA from California Polytechnic State University and a B.S. in Accounting from U.C. Berkeley.
